I guess "poor" Paris Hilton's medical condition was her not eating or sleeping in jail. She was freezing in her cell, with only 3 small blankets, and no pillow. She is probably already used to not eating, so that shouldn't of even been a reason. So now Paris just has an ankle bracelet.
