In a disturbing violation of Massachusetts animal cruelty law, Mitt Romney put Seamus, the family's Irish setter, in a dog carrier and attached it to the station wagon's roof rack. Feces was found on the roof of the car as a result of the 12 hour, mostly highway speed cross country drive. "Emotion-free crisis management" at it's best.
