Paris Hilton's sentence of 45 says, down to 23 days with good behavior, is far from other DUI probation violating females. Currently all such low level female offenders are ankle-braceleted and sent back home.There are about 10,000 drug users sentenced to 25 days or more, vs. about 1500 DUIs. The War on Drugs is why DUI's get sent home first day.
